Intelligent transformation, made usable
We build the enterprise software,
then we make it actually land.
Enluka is a product and transformation company. We design and engineer our own enterprise platforms — clinical, legal, ERP and public-service — and we run the migration, integration and adoption work that gets them into daily use.
Our position
Not just a consultancy.
We ship the software too.
Most firms will advise on a platform, then hand you to a vendor. We do both sides. The same teams that write our product code run the discovery workshops, the data migration and the go-live support — so the advice is grounded in what we have actually had to build and operate.
Products we own
Four platforms built in-house, so roadmap, data model and support sit with one accountable team.
Security designed in, not bolted on
Access rules live in the database as row-level policies, not in UI code that a determined user can bypass.
Adoption is part of the build
Training, change communications and floor-walking are scoped from day one, not added when usage disappoints.
Product portfolio
Four platforms. One engineering team.
Each product began as a client problem that off-the-shelf software could not solve without forcing the organisation to work around it. We design, build, implement and support all four — so the roadmap, the data model and the person who answers the phone at month-end all sit with us.
Records that hold the pathway together
Triage, consultation, laboratory, pharmacy and discharge run as one governed workflow across seven role portals. The rules that matter — payment gating, discharge clearance, who can see which record — are enforced in the database, not in a screen someone can skip. That is what lets a hospital add wards, departments and sites without the process quietly falling apart.
Deadlines that can prove where they came from
A court order arrives as a document. LexSuite extracts the date, has a human validate it, calculates it against the rules, monitors it, escalates it when nobody acknowledges it — and keeps the evidence. The same discipline runs through approvals, client money and automated client contact, so a firm can take on more matters without adding proportionate risk.
One chain instead of four re-keyed records
The requisition, the purchase order, the goods receipt, the supplier invoice and the ledger entry are the same chain of documents — not four systems reconciled by hand in a spreadsheet. Finance, HR and payroll, procurement, stock and manufacturing share one data model, on open-source ERPNext with no per-seat licence, so growth costs you infrastructure rather than headcount.
One case, whoever the student asks
An enquiry arriving by portal, email, phone or front desk becomes a single case attached to a person, routed to the team that owns the answer and tracked against a service level. Nobody repeats themselves, and you can finally see which questions generate the repeat contact. That is what lets a service absorb clearing or enrolment without hiring for the peak.
Organisations we have worked with
Consulting capabilities
The delivery work around the software
Whether the platform is ours or somebody else's, these are the disciplines that decide whether a programme succeeds.
Digital Transformation
Re-platforming legacy systems, redesigning the services on top of them, and standing up the operating model that keeps them improving after go-live.
02Business Transformation
Process mapping, target operating model, data and reporting design — connecting how the organisation runs to the numbers it is measured on.
03Cloud Services
Migration and modernisation on Azure and open platforms, with the environment, pipeline and monitoring set up so your team can run it without us.
04Change & Adoption
Stakeholder engagement, role-based training, super-user networks and hypercare — the work that turns a delivered system into a used one.
Industries
Sectors where the detail matters
Regulated, records-heavy environments where a generic system creates more work than it removes.
Healthcare
Hospital records, clinical workflow, diagnostics and billing — including our own EMR platform.
HealthcareLegal & professional services
Matter management, court deadlines, client money handling and audit-ready reporting.
LegalEducation
Student enquiry and case management, records, and the reporting universities are held to.
EducationPublic & third sector
Citizen-facing services, casework and back-office consolidation under real budget constraints.
Public sectorHow we deliver
Discover, design, deliver, scale
Four stages with a decision point at the end of each. You can stop, change direction or change supplier at any of them.
Discover
Current-state process and data assessment, stakeholder interviews, and an honest view of what the existing systems can and cannot do.
Design
Target operating model, solution architecture, data model and a migration plan with the risks named rather than buried.
Deliver
Build or configure in short increments, migrate in rehearsed cutovers, and test with the people who will use it, not just with us.
Scale
Hypercare, super-user enablement, handover of the runbook, and a roadmap your team can take forward on their own.
Tell us what is not working
A 45-minute conversation with the people who would actually do the work — not a sales call. Bring the messy version; that is the useful one.
